1. Do I need to drill or modify the car to install it?
No. No drilling, no modifications. Open the trunk, place the platform, done.

 

 

2. Is it stable or does it move in the trunk?
It is shaped to perfectly fit the compartment. It stays in place, does not move, does not vibrate, does not rattle.

 

 

3. What happens if I choose the wrong model?
No problem, contact us immediately. If the product is intact, we handle returns or exchanges within 14 days without issues.

 

 

4. How long does delivery take?
We generally ship the same day, so delivery takes 1–3 working days.

 

 

5. Is the platform compatible with my car?
Check the product page: all our platforms are designed specifically for a particular model.

6. Do I need brackets, supports or accessories to install it?
Absolutely not! Our motto is “Zero hassle!”
No supports, screws or accessories. Open the trunk, place the platform and you're done.

 

 

7. Is it waterproof?
The surface is covered with carpet: it resists light moisture (damp bags, umbrellas, etc.), but it is not waterproof or watertight.
It is not recommended to expose it to direct or prolonged water or leave it in high humidity areas, as it may absorb moisture and undergo deformation or dimensional changes that could affect proper fitting.

 

 

8. How can I pay?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer and cash on delivery.

 

 

9. Can it be used if I have a spare wheel underneath?
Yes, just lift the platform. It is not glued or fixed: it can be removed in 2 seconds.

 

 

10. Can I use it together with a rubber mat?
Yes, you can place the mat either under or on top of the platform.

 

 

11. Can it damage the trunk lining or paint?
No. All parts in contact with the car are covered with carpet, so they do not scratch or damage the trunk.

 

 

12. How is it packaged?
The platform is shipped in a rigid shock-resistant cardboard box made from recycled material, ensuring safe transport. The packaging is designed to reduce environmental impact without compromising protection: it arrives intact and ready to use.

14. Why should I buy your platform instead of an original, used or competitor product?
Our trunk platform is designed to fit perfectly, without modifications, at a competitive price and with quality equal to or higher than available OEM parts.
On many models, the manufacturer does not provide an original platform: in these cases, there is no official replacement and our solution is the only way to obtain a stable and functional load surface.
Compared to many competitors using cords or straps, our platform integrates a handle directly into the structure. This allows immediate grip and easier daily handling, avoiding separate elements that may become less functional over time.

 

 

15. Is the color the same as the trunk?
The covering is standard black, designed to match most car interiors. Slight color variations are normal.

 

 

16. What happens if it gets dirty? How do I clean it?
Clean it easily with a vacuum cleaner or a slightly damp cloth.
Never use direct water and do not soak it: no pressure washers, no water jets.
Also avoid sprays or liquid products (detergents, degreasers, etc.), as moisture may be absorbed, affecting structure and dimensions and causing unpleasant odors.

 

 

17. Can I return the product if it’s not suitable?
Yes. You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt. The product must be intact, unused and in its original packaging.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we arrange collection at our expense and fully refund the order.
  • For any other reason not attributable to our error (e.g. wrong purchase, change of mind, product not liked), the return cost is borne by the customer and €30 (outbound shipping) will be deducted from the refund.
  • The return shipment and responsibility remain in all cases with the customer.
